Brad has been inspecting homes since early 2020. He is licensed and insured, with hundreds of inspections under his (tool) belt. He will perform a home inspection that will tell you exactly what you need to know about the home you wish to purchase or sell. His inspections are performed according to the Standard Operating Procedures set forth by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
Brad will provide you with a detailed report on the inspection findings, complete with narrative and photos, focusing on the areas that need attention. Reports are normally available the same day as the inspection, and are accessible 24/7 from your client portal.
You are welcome to go along on the inspection. You'll get a first-hand look from top to bottom, and a chance to ask questions along the way.
Brad is a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). He is also NRPP certified for radon testing.
